Gombe State University Alumni Association Donates Essential Items to Support Alma Mater

In a gesture of goodwill and commitment to their alma mater, the Gombe State University Alumni Association has donated waste bins and stationery to the University. The donation ceremony, held at the frontage of the Faculty of Law, was attended by University Management, Alumni representatives, and Staff.
Chairman of the Alumni Board, Malam Abubakar Ibrahim Difa, welcomed guests and expressed gratitude for their presence. The Pioneer President, Malam Usman Isa Ya'u, and the President of the Alumni Association, Dr. Buhari Magaji, also spoke at the event, highlighting the significance of the donation.
The donated trash bins aim to enhance waste collection and maintain cleanliness on campus, while the stationery and customized files will support the School of Postgraduate Studies. Other Alumni members, including Malam Sarki Musa and Mr. Jephaniah Shehu, commended the alumni for their generosity and commitment to the university's growth.
In his remarks, the Acting Vice-Chancellor of Gombe State University, Professor Sani Ahmed Yauta, expressed deep appreciation for the donation, describing it as a commendable initiative. He urged the alumni to continue supporting their alma mater, reaffirming that the University values and recognizes their contributions to its development plans.
