Kaduna State University Mourns Former Director, Alhaji Galadima Zubairu Soba
Kaduna State University (KASU) mourns the tragic passing of Alhaji Galadima Zubairu Soba, a former Director of Corporate Services and Editor-in-Chief of the KASU Bulletin. He died in a motor accident on March 22, 2025, while traveling along the Zaria-Kaduna Expressway.

The Kaduna State University (KASU) community is mourning the tragic passing of Alhaji Galadima Zubairu Soba, a former Director of Corporate Services and Editor-in-Chief of the KASU Bulletin.
Alhaji Soba lost his life in a fatal motor accident near Lambar Zango, along the Zaria-Kaduna Expressway, on Saturday, 22nd Ramadhan 1446H (22nd March 2025), while returning from Soba to Kaduna.
Until his demise, he was a retired Director at the National Orientation Agency (NOA) Kaduna State, where he played a significant role in public enlightenment and national awareness campaigns.
His funeral prayer (Janaza) was held on Sunday, 23rd March 2025, at 9:00 AM at his residence on Kagoro Road, near Massalachin Yarbawa, Tudun Wada, Kaduna.
The management of KASU, through its Public Relations Officer, Adamu Nuhu Bargo, expressed deep sorrow over his passing and prayed for Allah (SWT) to forgive his shortcomings and grant him Al-Jannatul Firdaus.
