Kaduna State University (KASU) has partnered with the Kaduna State Ministry of Health to launch a major health screening initiative aimed at addressing non-communicable diseases. On October 29, 2024, a team of medical professionals from the Ministry visited the KASU Medical Centre to collaborate on the ambitious goal of screening 10 million Nigerians for diabetes and hypertension.

The health screenings will take place at the IT Park on the KASU campus from October 30 to November 3, 2024, ensuring easy access for the community. KASU management expressed appreciation for the collaboration, emphasizing the university's commitment to community engagement and national health objectives.
