Kaduna State University Vice-Chancellor Professor Abdullahi Ibrahim Receives Distinguished Leadership Award

 Professor Abdullahi Ibrahim Musa, Vice-Chancellor of Kaduna State University (KASU), has been honored with the Distinguished Leadership Award by the Society for Nigeria Theatre Artists (SONTA) for his exceptional leadership and commitment to technological transformation and intellectual growth.

The award was presented during SONTA's 37th Annual Conference held on September 4, 2024, at the Federal University, Lokoja, Kogi State. Prof. Audee T. Giwa, Dean, Faculty of Arts at KASU, received the award on behalf of Prof. Musa.

SONTA President, Prof. Doki Gowon, praised Prof. Musa's significant contributions to academic excellence and technology integration in education. Under his leadership, KASU has made remarkable progress in fostering innovation and scholarly pursuits.

In his acceptance speech, delivered by Prof. Giwa, Prof. Musa expressed gratitude to SONTA and reaffirmed his dedication to KASU's mission of academic and technological excellence.

This award recognizes Prof. Musa's vision and efforts in shaping KASU into a leading institution of higher learning in Nigeria.
