KASU Partners with SOFPON to Advance Healthcare and Wellness Initiatives

Kaduna State University (KASU) has partnered with the Society of Family Physicians of Nigeria (SOFPON) to advance healthcare, training, and wellness initiatives.
The partnership was sealed during a courtesy visit by SOFPON's chairman and members to KASU's Vice Chancellor, Prof. Abdullahi Ibrahim Musa, on July 8, 2025.
The proposed collaborations include family medicine training, wellness programs, student workshops, and virtual mentorship. Both parties have agreed to hold joint activities, such as workshops, screenings, and public health campaigns, aimed at solving real-world health challenges through innovation and strategic planning .
