KHAIRUN Hosts Courtesy Visit from Kano State Polytechnic’s School of Social Management Sciences

Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University, Kano (KHAIRUN), on Thursday, February 5, 2026, received a courtesy visit from Dr. Maryam Kabir, Director of the School of Social Management Sciences, Kano State Polytechnic.

Dr. Kabir described the visit as an official engagement aimed at fostering collaboration between neighbouring institutions. She highlighted the purpose of the visit as an opportunity to interact with KHAIRUN management and explore potential areas for partnership, knowledge exchange, and institutional development.

Receiving the delegation on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Abdulrashid Garba, the Registrar, Malam Yusuf Datti, welcomed the guests and expressed appreciation for the spirit of cooperation demonstrated by Kano State Polytechnic. He provided an overview of KHAIRUN’s establishment, academic programmes, and key achievements, reaffirming the university’s commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and community engagement.
