Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University Library Announces Extended Operation Hours

The University Library of Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University, Kano, is pleased to announce an extension of its opening hours to better support students' academic needs and encourage a more flexible study environment.

The extension will take effect from today Monday 8th December, 2025 and by this development the University Library will now operate as follows:

Mondays – Fridays: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Saturdays & Sundays: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

The extension is part of the University’s commitment to improving access to learning resources, providing a conducive study space, and supporting students in achieving academic excellence.

Students are encouraged to take full advantage of the extended hours for research, assignments, quiet study, and use of library facilities.
