Kogi State University Announces Holiday for Traditional Oro Festival

 The Management of Kogi State University, Kabba, has declared a three-day holiday from Wednesday, June 12 to Friday, June 14, 2024, to respect the traditional Oro festival in Kabba and its environs.

The festival is scheduled to commence in the evening of Wednesday, June 12, 2024. The university community is advised to adhere to safety advisories from traditional authorities and respect the tradition of the land.

The holiday is approved by the management, and all staff and students are expected to observe the break.
