This remarkable initiative was officially inaugurated by the Honourable Minister of Education on October 17, 2023.

TERAS, a collaborative project developed by the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund), aims to enhance the educational experience of both staff and students at beneficiary institutions. The platform offers a wide range of services, including:

Monthly Data Subscription: Ensuring uninterrupted access to educational resources.

Eagle Scan Plagiarism Checker: A vital tool for maintaining academic integrity.

Theses Writer and Editor: Facilitating quality academic research and documentation.

Access to E-Journals and Research Services: Broadening horizons in the pursuit of knowledge.

Blackboard Learning Management System: A cutting-edge digital environment for teaching and learning.

Digital Literacy Academies: Offering courses such as ICDL and Communication Skills.
