LASU VC, University Honoured with Prestigious Integrity and Ethics Awards

The Vice-Chancellor of Lagos State University (LASU), Prof. Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, has been decorated with the Integrity Icon of Nigeria (IION) award by the Centre for Ethics and Self Value Orientation (CESVO).

This recognition underscores her commitment to integrity, quality public service delivery, and ethical leadership.

Prof. Olatunji-Bello received the award for her sterling record of integrity, quality public service delivery, and commitment to staff and students' welfare and discipline. Members of the university management also received Letters of Commendation for their outstanding ethical compliance and service delivery.

The university itself was recognized as the most ethically responsible, least corrupt, and exams ethics-compliant state university in Nigeria, clinching the Corporate Ethics and Integrity Compliance Award.

This honour further cements Prof. Olatunji-Bello's and LASU's reputation as pacesetters in ethical leadership, integrity, and quality public service delivery in Nigeria's higher education sector.
