LAUTECH NSChE Organises Blood Donation Drive to Support South West Blood Bank

As part of activities for NSChE Week 2025/2026, the *Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers (NSChE), Student Body, LAUTECH Chapter organized its Blood Donation Drive in collaboration with the National Blood Service Agency, South west zonal centre, Ibadan and Save A Life Today (SALT) foundation.

The event provided a great opportunity to contribue to community health and social responsibility.  

The initiative also provided members of the department, both the students and members of staff, an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting lifesaving efforts through voluntary blood donation.  

Executives of the Society said it afforded them a unique opportunity to extend the impact of engineering beyond the classroom.
