MAUTECH Student Emerges, Wins CIPM Quiz

Abubakar Zubairu, a 400-level student of Business Administration at Modibbo Adama University (MAU), Yola, has emerged as the winner of the 2025 Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Inter-University Quiz Competition, Northeast Regional Level.

The competition, which featured universities from the region, including the University of Maiduguri and Kwararrafa University Wukari, showcased Zubairu's exceptional knowledge and skills in management and business-related fields.

Despite competing against teams of three students from other universities, Zubairu single-handedly represented MAU and secured the first position, earning the university the right to represent the Northeast Zone at the national finals.

The quiz competition aimed to assess the knowledge and skills of students in management and business-related fields, with MAU emerging as the top performer in the Northeast region.

 MAU will now represent the Northeast Zone at the upcoming national finals of the CIPM quiz competition, providing an opportunity to showcase the university's talent and expertise on a larger platform.
