Modibbo Adama University wishes to inform students that hostel reservations will commence manually at the Student Affairs Division from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 18th February 2026.

Modibbo Adama University wishes to inform students that hostel reservations will commence manually at the Student Affairs Division from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 18th February 2026.

The schedule for submitting ID numbers is as follows:

  • 100 Level students: Wednesday, 18th February 2026
  • 200 Level students: Thursday, 19th February 2026
  • Final Year students: Friday, 20th February 2026

Please note that 300 and 400 Level students are not eligible for this exercise.

Students are strictly prohibited from selling or buying hostel spaces, and any violation will be dealt with according to University regulations.
