Nasarawa State University Kicks Off Bullet Energy Drink Basketball Tournament

Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), launched its highly anticipated Bullet Energy Drink Basketball Tournament on February 11, 2025. The week-long event, organized by Sam Oguche and sponsored by Bullet Energy Drink, aims to unite the community and showcase emerging basketball talent across Nasarawa State.

 

The tournament features six male teams and four female teams, including NSUK's own Wolves and Luna teams. The opening matches set the tone for an exciting competition, with NSUK Luna dominating their game against the Akwanga female team, winning 62-9. The NSUK Wolves also secured a decisive 38-16 victory against the Akwanga male team.

Beyond the thrilling basketball action, the tournament seeks to foster unity among participants and spectators while identifying and nurturing basketball talent within the state.
