The Vice-Chancellor of Niger Delta University, Prof. Allen Azibaodum Omsiagih, on behalf of the Governing Council, Senate, Management, Staff, and Students, has invited the public to attend the university's 69th Inaugural Lecture.

The lecture is scheduled for Wednesday, 18th March 2026, at 12:00 noon, and will be held at the Main Auditorium, Gloryland Campus, Wilberforce Island, Bayelsa State.

The inaugural lecturer is Prof. Gini Aziengbe Elvis-Imo, a Professor of Public Law in the Department of Jurisprudence and Public Law, Faculty of Law. Prof. Elvis-Imo holds an LL.B (AAU), B.L (Lagos), LL.M (UNIBEN), and PhD (DELSU).

He will deliver a lecture titled: "Impingement of the Synergism of Man, Environment and the Law."
