Nigerian Army University Biu Schedules Matriculation Ceremony for 2025/2026 Fresh Students

The Management of the Nigerian Army University Biu (NAUB) has officially announced the date for the 2025/2026 Academic Session Matriculation Ceremony. The event, which marks the formal induction of newly admitted students into the university community, is scheduled for Monday, February 16, 2026.

In a circular signed by the Academic Secretary, Mohammed Musa Bombo, on behalf of the Registrar, the university provided specific guidelines for the day’s proceedings to ensure a seamless ceremony.

Date: Monday, 16th February, 2026

Time: 8:30 AM Prompt

Venue: University Temporary Site (Football Pitch)

According to the official timeline, all matriculating students are required to assemble near the venue by 8:40 AM to begin the procession by faculty. This will be followed by the formal entry of the University Senate and Congregation members at 9:00 AM.

Urgent Notice on Registration

The university administration emphasized that only students who have successfully completed their registration are eligible for the ceremony. Fresh students were reminded that the portal for the 2025/2026B session registration officially closed on Friday, January 30, 2026.

The Vice-Chancellor and other principal officers are expected to preside over the event, which stands as a significant milestone for the new intake of scholars and future leaders.
