The Vice-Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka, Prof. Ugochukwu Bond Stanley Anyaehie, recently held a strategic meeting with the Managing Director/CEO of FGN Power Company, Kenny Anuwe, in Abuja to discuss the university’s electricity requirements.

During the engagement, Prof. Anyaehie highlighted the university’s vision and stressed the critical need for steady and reliable power to support academic and research activities. He also affirmed UNIZIK’s commitment to assisting the FGN Power Company in ensuring the operational success of the university’s solar farm, aimed at providing continuous electricity supply.

The visit formed part of Prof. Anyaehie’s official engagements in Abuja, which also included discussions with Senator Patrick Ndubueze, reflecting a proactive approach to strengthening institutional infrastructure and service delivery.
