The Management of Northwest University, Kano has provided clarification regarding delays in the issuance of certificates for graduands of the Second Combined University Convocation.
Reason for Delay
The delay arose due to errors on certain certificates, particularly in endorsement details that did not match the officially approved records submitted to the University. The printing company in the United Kingdom has acknowledged the mistake and is in the process of correcting and delivering the remaining certificates.
Certificates Available for Collection
The following certificates are ready for collection:
- Undergraduate Students – 2023/2024 Session
- Postgraduate Students – 2022/2023 Session

- Start Date: Monday, 22nd December, 2025
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Time: 10:00am – 4:00pm
