The Vice-Chancellor of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) has charged Deans and Directors of various faculties and directorates to lead with integrity, vision, and courage. According to the VC, leadership is not just about titles, but about impact, and the true measure of their work is in how they empower others to achieve more.

The VC made this call during the opening ceremony of a 3-day training workshop on "Developing Effective Leaders," jointly organized by the Balanced Scorecard West Africa (BSWA) and NOUN Staff Training and Development (ST&D). The workshop brought together Deans and Directors who play a critical role in shaping the direction, quality, and impact of the institution.
