NUC Team Arrives at Sa’adu Zungur University for Accreditation of Science Education Programmes

The Vice Chancellor of Sa’adu Zungur University, Bauchi (SAZU), Professor Fatimah Tahir, has received a delegation from the National Universities Commission (NUC) as the accreditation exercise for Science Education programmes officially commenced.

Led by Dr. Salisu, the NUC team explained that the exercise involves assessing facilities, curriculum, teaching and learning resources to ensure programmes meet required national standards.

Welcoming the team, Professor Fatimah Tahir encouraged them to provide honest feedback and practical recommendations to help the University improve further. She assured the team of SAZU’s readiness to implement useful suggestions and expressed confidence in the quality of the Science Education programmes.

The Vice Chancellor wished the team a successful exercise and a pleasant stay on campus.

Senior University officials were present during the visit, which ended with a group photograph and light refreshments.
