Pan-Atlantic University Announces Admission Procedures for 2024/2025 Academic Session

Pan-Atlantic University has released details regarding admission procedures for the 2024/2025 academic session. Prospective candidates interested in undergraduate courses at the university can now apply for admission through the UTME entry route.

Eligibility criteria for admission via UTME include:

- Making Pan-Atlantic University the first choice in the 2024/2025 UTME Application form.

- Obtaining a JAMB score of 220 and above in the 2024/2025 UTME Examination.

- Candidates who did not select Pan-Atlantic University as their first choice but are interested in studying at the university are also eligible.

Application Process and Fees

Candidates can apply by filling out the online application form available on apply.pau.edu.ng. A non-refundable application fee of ₦1,500.00 is to be paid after completing the online application form.

UTME Entry Requirements:

- A JAMB score of 220 or above from the 2024 JAMB exam.

- O’ Level result with at least five credits, including Mathematics and English.

- Candidates must be at least 16 years old within the month that the session begins (October).

UTME Subjects Combination Requirements for Different Schools:

1. School of Management and Social Sciences (SMSS) Courses:

   - Required UTME subjects: English language, Mathematics, Economics, Financial Accounting/Commerce, or any other Arts or Social Science subject.

2. School of Media and Communication (SMC) Courses:

   - UTME Subjects: English Language and any three subjects from Arts, Social Science.

   - For Information Science and Media Studies: English Language and any three subjects from Sciences, Arts, or Social Science (Mathematics is an added advantage).

3. School of Science and Technology (SST) Courses

   - UTME Subjects: English, Mathematics, Physics, and any one of Biology, Chemistry, Geography, or Economics.

   - For Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Mechatronics Engineering: UTME subjects are English, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

Admission Steps:

- Candidates will be invited for a screening exercise.

- Upon completion of the evaluation, an admission decision will be made. Successful candidates will receive an offer letter within two weeks.

- Candidates are required to indicate acceptance of the offer by paying a deposit within two weeks. A pre-arrival guide will be sent to successful candidates.

- Accepted candidates must arrive on campus at least a day before registration begins.
