Patela Care Foundation Hosts Annual "Christmas Delight" for Pediatric Oncology Patients at UCH Ibadan

The Patela Care Foundation (PCF) brought smiles and festive cheer to paediatric cancer patients at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, as it marked its annual Christmas Delight celebration at the Paediatric Oncology Wards.

The outreach, aimed at uplifting the spirits of children undergoing cancer treatment, transformed the wards into a hub of joy, laughter, and celebration, creating memorable moments for the young patients and their caregivers.

Speaking during the visit, the Executive Director of the Foundation, Dr. Foluke Sarimiye, reaffirmed PCF’s commitment to enriching lives and supporting vulnerable children. She noted that the foundation remains dedicated to spreading love and hope, especially during the festive season.

In his remarks, the Chief Medical Director, University College Hospital, Ibadan, Prof. Jesse Abiodun Otegbayo commended the Patela Care Foundation for its consistent efforts in raising awareness and bringing comfort to children receiving cancer care. He assured the Foundation of the hospital’s continued support for initiatives that promote the well-being of paediatric patients.
