On the 16th of February 2024, Dr. Babatunde Adeyemo, the Chief Executive Officer of Pelican Valley, imparted valuable advice to members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) serving in Ogun State. Dr. Adeyemo urged the corps members to consider entrepreneurship as a viable career path rather than solely focusing on traditional white-collar jobs. Speaking from personal experience, he shared how he had squandered the money he earned during his own service year in Niger State while searching for employment.

The corps members, led by Mr. Idris Abu, the state Coordinator of the Organisation of Peoples Voice, visited Dr. Adeyemo as part of a courtesy visit. During their interaction, Dr. Adeyemo encouraged the corps members to explore opportunities in the real estate sector, emphasizing the potential for success through leveraging personal networks and marketing real estate products both locally and internationally.
