Prof Shehu Abdul Rahman Inaugurates FULAFIA Green Environment Club and Unveils Green Area

On Tuesday, July 30, 2024, the Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), Professor Shehu Abdul Rahman, inaugurated the FULafia Green Environment Club (FULAGEC) and unveiled the FULafia Green Area at the university's Permanent Site Campus.
The event, aimed at promoting environmental awareness and sustainability among students, was attended by the Nasarawa State Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources, Hon. Kwanta Yakubu, along with faculty members and students of the university.

During the inauguration, Professor Rahman emphasized the importance of environmental stewardship and the role of students in advocating for a greener future. He encouraged students to actively participate in the club's activities and contribute to the conservation of the environment.
