Redeemer's University Hosts 2025 Research Week
Redeemer's University, Nigeria, successfully hosted its 2025 Research Week, organized by the Faculty of Natural Sciences. The event, held from November 27-28, brought together students, scholars, and experts to explore the critical role of science and technology in national development.
The Research Week featured the Maiden Distinguished Personality Lecture, delivered by Prof. Babatunde Rabiu, Research Director at the National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA), Abuja. Prof. Rabiu's lecture challenged students to leverage their knowledge to drive meaningful impact locally and globally.
The event also honored past deans of the Faculty of Natural Sciences for their dedication and service, including Prof. Godwin Emerole (late), Prof. Lawrence Kolawole, Prof. Isaac Komolafe, Prof. Gabriel Kolawole, Prof. Thomas Bamiduro, Prof. Olalere Adeyemi, Prof. Adeleke Osho, and Prof. Uchechukwu Vincent.
In a statement, the university reaffirmed its commitment to producing innovators and trailblazers in science and technology.
