Sa’adu Zungur University Disclaims Fraudulent ICMAH 2024 Conference Advertisement

The management of Sa’adu Zungur University (SAZU), Bauchi, has issued an urgent public disclaimer regarding a fraudulent advertisement for the International Conference on Management and Humanities (ICMAH 2024).

The Local Organising Committee (LOC) noted that unauthorized individuals and groups are currently circulating solicitations for the event, illegally leveraging the university’s reputation to defraud unsuspecting members of the academic community and the general public.

Dr. Wasilu Suleiman, Chairman of the LOC, cautioned the public to remain vigilant. "Any conference information, registration, or payment request not issued through official university communication channels should be treated as fraudulent," he stated. 

Stakeholders are strongly advised:

Do not make any payments to accounts associated with these unauthorized advertisements.

Do not submit personal or professional information via unverified links.

Verify all information directly through the official university website or administrative offices.

The University reiterated its commitment to academic integrity and is working to ensure that the public is protected from such criminal exploitation.
