SSUCOEN/SSANU FUE Zaria Leadership Pays Courtesy Visit to Registrar and Bursar

The Branch Executive Officers of the SSUCOEN/SSANU, Federal University of Education (FUE), Zaria, paid a courtesy visit to the Ag. Registrar, Mal. Shehu Iya Sa’idu, and the Ag. Bursar, Alh. Mohammed Kabir Aliyu, to extend their appreciation for the appointment of their Chairman, Comrade Abdullahi Ibrahim (Alfanun Kajuru), as the Finance Officer of TeCETEL, FUE Zaria.

The appointment, which took effect on 29th September, 2025, was approved by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Yahaya Isa Bunkure, in recognition of Comrade Abdullahi Ibrahim’s resilience, dedication, and outstanding service to the University.

Speaking during the visit, the Union Secretary, Comrade Yusuf Musa, expressed gratitude to Almighty Allah for granting wisdom to the Vice-Chancellor in acknowledging the appointee’s professionalism, integrity, and commitment. He prayed for Allah’s continued guidance and support to enable the new Finance Officer to discharge his duties effectively, uphold financial accountability, and deploy his expertise towards the growth and development of both the Centre and the University.

Following the courtesy visit, the new Finance Officer was accompanied by his EXCO members and well-wishers to his office, where prayers were offered for a successful tenure and the effective discharge of his responsibilities.

On behalf of the Union, the Financial Secretary, Comrade Abubakar Jafar Ladan, also conveyed appreciation to the University Management for finding their Chairman worthy of such a prestigious appointment. He further prayed for the continued success of the students, staff, and Management of FUE Zaria.
