TASFUED Management Approves Monthly Health Walk for Staff
The Management of Tai Solarin Federal University of Education (TASFUED) has approved the introduction of a monthly Health Walk for members of staff as part of efforts to promote physical fitness, healthy living and the overall well-being of the University community.
The Management of Tai Solarin Federal University of Education (TASFUED) has approved the introduction of a monthly Health Walk for members of staff as part of efforts to promote physical fitness, healthy living and the overall well-being of the University community.
The initiative is designed to encourage regular physical activity among staff, reduce work-related stress and promote a proactive approach to health and fitness.
The Health Walk will take place on the second Wednesday of every month and will last for one hour.
Staff members are expected to be at their duty posts by 9:00 a.m.

Management has also advised staff to take advantage of the ongoing annual health check at the University Health Centre to ascertain their individual health fitness status and physical limitations before participating in the exercise.
Members of staff are encouraged to take advantage of the initiative and make regular physical activity an integral part of their lifestyle.
The University Management expressed its expectation of active participation by staff as the institution continues to promote a healthier, more active and productive workforce.
