The engagement followed a courtesy visit to the university management by distinguished alumni and co-founders of TedPrime Hub, Mr Olalekan Adeeko, Mr Ayodele Odeogbalong, and Dr Kayode Adewale.
Speaking during the meeting, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Samuel Oladipo, MNPA, CMCPN, MCAN, FIELPN, described the visit as a clear demonstration of alumni commitment to institutional development and long-term educational impact.
He commended the delegation for giving back to their alma mater through initiatives designed to reposition the institution for global relevance, particularly in emerging areas of digital learning and innovation.
Prof. Oladipo noted that the proposed collaboration—focused on artificial intelligence, digital skills development, educational technology, innovation, and global partnerships—would significantly strengthen the university’s competitiveness in an evolving global education ecosystem.
He further urged members of the alumni community to deepen engagement with the institution through mentorship, capacity building, and innovation-driven partnerships aligned with the university’s strategic development goals.

According to him, sustained alumni collaboration remains critical to building a globally competitive institution capable of responding to modern educational and technological demands.
