TASFUED Professor Conferred with Fellow of Mathematical Association of Nigeria

Prof. Lawani was elevated to the prestigious Fellowship on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at a ceremony held at Osun State University, Osogbo, Osun State.
The honour recognises her outstanding contributions to Mathematics Education, scholarship, research and academic development, as well as her efforts to advance the teaching and learning of Mathematics in Nigeria.
Her elevation to the Fellowship represents a significant achievement for TASFUED and further underscores the University’s growing profile in academic excellence and professional scholarship.
Reacting to the development, the Vice-Chancellor of TASFUED, Prof. Samuel Oladipo, MNPA, CMCPN, MCAN, FIELPN, congratulated Prof. Lawani on the prestigious recognition, describing her elevation as a worthy testament to her dedication to scholarship and contributions to Mathematics Education.
