TASUED Releases Comprehensive Registration and Clearance Requirements for 2025/2026 Admitted Students

Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) has issued the full list of documents and requirements for the 2025/2026 admissions registration and clearance exercise.

All newly admitted UTME and Direct Entry candidates are expected to present the mandated items to complete their registration.

According to the University, the following documents are required:

1. Original Clearance Certificate duly signed and stamped by the Head of Department.
2. Original JAMB Admission Letter for TASUED (Institution copy).
3. JAMB Admission Letter for OND, NCE, HND or other qualifications used for Direct Entry applications.
4. Original TASUED Admission Consideration Letter.
5. Original 2025/2026 UTME/DE Application Form (Bio-Data).
6. Receipt for Application Form payment (N2,000).
7. Original JAMB Result Slip (UTME) or JAMB Acknowledgement Form (DE).
8. Stamped photocopy of Acceptance Fee Receipt.
9. Stamped photocopy of School Fees Receipt.
10. Stamped photocopy of Registration Fee Receipt.
11. Verified copy of O’Level result(s).
12. Stamped photocopy of Transition Letter and score for Pre-Degree or JUPEB candidates, where applicable.
13. Notification of Results for OND, NCE, HND, IJMB, ANBC, ANTC, and JUPEB (only accepted for results obtained from 2022 upward for Direct Entry).
14. Certificates for higher qualifications obtained in 2021 and earlier (for Direct Entry).
15. Transition receipt for JUPEB and Pre-Degree students, where applicable.
16. NCE/OND results for Direct Entry candidates.
17. Transcript of NCE or OND results for Direct Entry candidates.
18. Evidence of name change or marriage certificate, where applicable.
19. Original medical fitness certificate from the TASUED Clinic.
20. Photocopy of birth certificate or sworn age declaration.
21. Confirmed Ogun State 2025 Electronic Tax Clearance Certificate (e-tax), stamped photocopy of parent/sponsor’s educational levy receipt—candidates are warned to obtain this directly from the tax office in Ijebu-Ode or Odogbolu, not through agents.
22. Original reference letter from a public or civil servant not below Grade Level 12 or equivalent.
23. Original Acceptance Form.
24. Matriculation Oath document.
25. Testimonial from secondary school attended.
26. Certificate of Origin from Local Government Area.
27. Orientation Certificate.

The University advised all admitted candidates to ensure that every required document is complete before presenting themselves for the clearance process to avoid delays.
