All newly admitted UTME and Direct Entry candidates are expected to present the mandated items to complete their registration.

According to the University, the following documents are required:
- Original Clearance Certificate duly signed and stamped by the Head of Department.
- Original JAMB Admission Letter for TASUED (Institution copy).
- JAMB Admission Letter for OND, NCE, HND or other qualifications used for Direct Entry applications.
- Original TASUED Admission Consideration Letter.
- Original 2025/2026 UTME/DE Application Form (Bio-Data).
- Receipt for Application Form payment (N2,000).
- Original JAMB Result Slip (UTME) or JAMB Acknowledgement Form (DE).
- Stamped photocopy of Acceptance Fee Receipt.
- Stamped photocopy of School Fees Receipt.
- Stamped photocopy of Registration Fee Receipt.
- Verified copy of O’Level result(s).
- Stamped photocopy of Transition Letter and score for Pre-Degree or JUPEB candidates, where applicable.
- Notification of Results for OND, NCE, HND, IJMB, ANBC, ANTC, and JUPEB (only accepted for results obtained from 2022 upward for Direct Entry).
- Certificates for higher qualifications obtained in 2021 and earlier (for Direct Entry).
- Transition receipt for JUPEB and Pre-Degree students, where applicable.
- NCE/OND results for Direct Entry candidates.
- Transcript of NCE or OND results for Direct Entry candidates.
- Evidence of name change or marriage certificate, where applicable.
- Original medical fitness certificate from the TASUED Clinic.
- Photocopy of birth certificate or sworn age declaration.
- Confirmed Ogun State 2025 Electronic Tax Clearance Certificate (e-tax), stamped photocopy of parent/sponsor’s educational levy receipt—candidates are warned to obtain this directly from the tax office in Ijebu-Ode or Odogbolu, not through agents.
- Original reference letter from a public or civil servant not below Grade Level 12 or equivalent.
- Original Acceptance Form.
- Matriculation Oath document.
- Testimonial from secondary school attended.
- Certificate of Origin from Local Government Area.
- Orientation Certificate.
The University advised all admitted candidates to ensure that every required document is complete before presenting themselves for the clearance process to avoid delays.
