African Legislative Parliament Writers Awards Prof. Sunday Paul Bako for Outstanding Leadership in recognition of his academic excellence and leadership prowess, the African Legislative Parliament Writers, National Assembly Abuja bestowed a prestigious good leadership award upon the Vice-Chancellor of Taraba State University, Jalingo TSUJ.

The distinguished delegation from the organization was warmly received in the office of the Vice-Chancellor. Barr, Apeh Kelvin, representing the movement, highlighted the organization's focus on parliamentary and leadership issues. He emphasized that the spotlight was on the VC due to his exceptional leadership qualities.

 

The organization recognizes the Digital Professor for his charismatic leadership demeanor, passionate teaching approach, and remarkable strides in physical infrastructural development. The organization commended his ability to coordinate leadership across diverse religious bodies in the State owned highest institution of learning, deeming it worthy of emulation.

 

Expressing deep gratitude, VC conveyed his appreciation for the organization finding him deserving of such an honor. In his remarks, he stated, "recognition and appt from such an organization are an urge and encouragement for me to do more. The award will inspire and propel me to exceed the accomplishments already achieved."

 

This recognition not only highlights the Vice-Chancellor's achievements but also serves as a testament to the commitment and excellence upheld at Taraba State University, Jalingo.

 

Notable figures present included the Deputy Vice-Chancellors, Prof. Onesimus Shiaki, Prof. Isa Adamu, and Prof. Mahmood Hamid Umar, overseeing Administrative, Academics and University Development Services respectively. The Registrar, Mr. Joseph U Bibinu, and DVC designate Dr. Jonathan Ruben were also in attendance.
