This is the first Gerontology nursing programme in Nigeria and Africa, representing a historic milestone for UBTH. It focuses on the holistic aspects of aging – encompassing the physical, mental, social, and psychological dimensions of health and disease.
Successful completion of the programme, spanning twelve (12) months will lead to the award of a Registered Gerontology Nurse Certificate.
