UDUSOK Apologizes for Prolonged Power Outage on Main Campus

The Management of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUSOK) has apologized to the university community for the prolonged power outage affecting the main campus.

According to a statement issued by the Office of the Director, Department of Estate & Municipal Services, the power outage is due to a fault on the Maximum Demand (MD) Energy Meter Chamber situated in the 33/11KV Power House.

The university management has notified the Kaduna Electric Distribution Company, and their technical team is working to replace the faulty component and restore normal power supply as soon as possible.

The university regrets any inconvenience caused by the power outage and appreciates the understanding and cooperation of the university community.
