UI DVC Administration Becomes a Chartered Psychologist

The Deputy Vice-Chancellor Administration of the University of Ibadan, Professor Peter O. Olapegba, C.Psych, FNPA, fspsp, has been admitted as a Chartered Psychologist by the Nigerian Psychological Association (NAF) and recognised as a Practising Psychologist in Nigeria. 

The admission ceremony was held at the NAF Conference Centre, Kado Abuja. 

Professor Olapegba, with this admission, is permitted to practice as a psychologist for two years effective from January 2026 till December 2028.

A chartered psychologist is a psychologist who has met the highest standards of knowledge and expertise set by a professional body, the Nigerian Psychological Association.

This designation, legally recognized, indicates a high level of professional achievement and commitment to ethical standards.
