UNIBUJA Vice-Chancellor Conducts Faculty Visits to Assess Challenges and Boost Institutional Development
The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Abuja, Professor Hakeem Babatunde Fawehinmi, has commenced a working visit to several faculties across the University to obtain first-hand insight into their challenges and prospects, and to support informed decision-making by University Management.

During the visit, Professor Fawehinmi engaged with staff and management of the Faculties of Basic Medical Sciences, Basic Clinical Sciences, Clinical Sciences (College of Health Sciences), Nursing and Allied Health Sciences, and the proposed Faculty of Geography and Atmospheric Sciences.

He also inspected the University Main Library, unveiling a collection of books donated by Book Aid International.
Assuring deans and staff of his administration’s commitment, the Vice-Chancellor emphasized the readiness to address challenges hindering effective teaching, learning, and research, while creating a more conducive academic environment. He called on all members of the University community to work collaboratively to advance institutional growth.
