UNILAG Announces Temporary Closure of Main Library, Gives Reasons

The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has announced that its Main Library will be closed to users and staff on Saturday, October 4, 2025, to allow for a scheduled fumigation exercise.

According to the University Management, the measure is part of efforts to maintain a clean, safe, and conducive environment for learning and research.

Normal library services are expected to resume immediately after the fumigation. The University regrets any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates the understanding and cooperation of the UNILAG community.
