UNILORIN announces Christmas and New Year Break vacation

Monday, 25th, Tuesday, 26th December, 2023 and Monday, 2nd January, 2024 have been declared as Public Holidays by the Federal Government in celebration of Christmas and New Year respectively.

In view of the above, the Vice-Chancellor of the University has directed that all staff should observe the holidays, except those involved in essential services who should later be granted days-off as appropriate.

All Heads of Departments/Units are by this memo requested to bring this information to the attention of their staff for due compliance, please.
