In a move to strengthen academic standards and institutional synergy, Professor Yahya Oyewole Imam, the Director of the Centre for Affiliated Institutions (CAI) at the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN), conducted a strategic oversight visit to Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY), Iree. 

The visit is part of the University’s routine quality assurance mechanism to monitor and evaluate its affiliated partners, ensuring they adhere to the rigorous academic frameworks established by the Senate of the University of Ilorin.

During the visit, the Rector expressed appreciation for the partnership, noting that the affiliation with UNILORIN has significantly enhanced the academic profile of the Polytechnic. He reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to providing a conducive environment for students enrolled in the degree programmes moderated by the University.

On his part, Professor Imam highlighted that the oversight visit was aimed at ensuring that the standards of teaching, infrastructure, and examination processes remain at par with global best practices. He commended the OSPOLY management for their hospitality and their dedication to maintaining the quality of the UNILORIN-affiliated degree programmes.
