UNILORIN VC Prof. Wahab Egbewole Strengthens Ties with Kwara State Police Command

The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ilorin, Professor Wahab Egbewole, SAN, led a management team on a courtesy visit to the newly appointed Commissioner of Police in Kwara State, CP Adekunmi Ojo, on May 16, 2025.

The visit aimed to explore ways of strengthening collaboration between the university and the police command.

A key focus of the meeting was addressing student harassment, particularly for off-campus students residing in areas such as Tanke. The university's efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of its students demonstrate its commitment to providing a secure and conducive environment for academic pursuits.
