University of Ibadan Graduate Ayo James Achieves First Class Honours in Physiotherapy

Ayo James has officially been inducted into the physiotherapy profession after graduating with First Class Honours from the prestigious University of Ibadan (UI), emerging as the Second Best Graduating Student in the Department of Physiotherapy.

He has taken his Oath of Induction and has officially been conferred as a Physiotherapist by the relevant professional body.

Ayo remarked that the conventional phrase, "it feels like yesterday," does not accurately describe his journey. According to him, it actually feels as long as it was—years of early mornings, long ward rounds, and a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from attending to patients in the gym, followed by long hours of classes. 

 

He said that what he has carried through these years is not just a degree. It is also the friendships that quietly became family, as well as the privilege of contributing through organizations and initiatives such as the Nigerian Red Cross Society, TEDx, and GenZ Hackathon, among others.
