University of Maiduguri Signs MOU with Federal Polytechnic Bauchi and Kano State College of Nursing Sciences

The University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with two affiliating institutions, Federal Polytechnic Bauchi and Kano State College of Nursing Sciences, under the auspices of the University's Directorate of Affiliated Colleges.

The signing ceremony, which took place on September 6, 2024, was presided over by the Acting Vice-Chancellor, Professor Mohammed Laminu Mele. The Director of the Affiliated Colleges, Professor Dani Mamman, explained the National Universities Commission (NUC) guidelines regarding affiliations, highlighting the opportunities for each institution to fulfill its obligations.
