Professor Mohammed Laminu Mele, the newly appointed Vice-Chancellor of the University of Maiduguri, welcomed a delegation from the Peace Ambassadors, Centre for Humanitarian Aid and Empowerment, an affiliate of the Universal Peace Federation.
