UNIZIK Directs Departments to Process, Upload Outstanding Final-Year Results Within One Month

The Vice-Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka, Prof. Ugochukwu Bond Stanley Anyaehie, has directed that all outstanding results of current final-year students be fully processed and uploaded to the University portal within one month.

The directive was conveyed by the University Registrar, Dr. Chinenye Gloria Okeke, as part of measures to fast-track the processing of final-year students’ results.

To accelerate the exercise, the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) has developed an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled application capable of scanning handwritten and electronically printed results, converting them into editable digital formats and automatically arranging the data according to the approved template for upload to the University portal.

Heads of Departments are required to ensure the full participation of their Departmental Examination Officers in the exercise.
