UNIZIK to Hold Maiden Jubilee Academic lecture

The management of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka has announced plans to hold its maiden jubilee academic lecture.

This was contained in a statement issued by the university obtained by Myschoolnews.

The statement reads :

"The Vice-Chancellor, on behalf of the Senate, Staff and Students of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka Cordially invites you to the 1st JUBILEE ACADEMIC LECTURE.

Topic: Righting Women’s Sexual and Reproductive Health wrongs in Nigeria: Stepping the Stairs or Staring the steps?..."

The speaker at the event slated for Thursday 6th July, 2023 was revealed to be Professor Joseph Ifeanyi Brian-D Adinma, a Professor of Reproductive Health in the department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology of the university.

The time of the event is 11.00am at the University Auditorium with the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Charles O. Esimone been the chairman of the day.

Other special guests expected at the event includes: Prof. Richard Uwakwe (Chairman, Jubilee Academic Lectures Committee)

and Dr. Osita Umeononihu (Chairman, Local Organizing Committee).
