ABSU SUG President Joins Fitness Session to Promote Student Wellbeing
ABSU's SUG President, alongside key executives and students, participated in a morning workout session led by Famous Fitness, emphasizing the importance of student wellness and community engagement.
The Students' Union Government (SUG) President of Abia State University (ABSU) Comr. Okezie Almond Kezirim, joined a morning fitness session earlier today. The exercise, organized by Famous Fitness, saw the SUG President participate in various activities such as push-ups, squats, boxing, and more. This is coming in a bid to promote student wellbeing.
Other SUG executives, including Comr Mgbeonyere Victor (Financial Secretary) and Comr Aniogbu Victor (Director of Health), as well as the Speaker of the Students' Representative Council (SRC), Rt Hon Chukwukere Edward, also joined the fitness session.

The SUG President also joined his departmental association, NIMELSSA, for their Get Fit exercise, organized by the Vice President II. This move further demonstrates his commitment to student wellbeing and fitness.
By participating in these fitness sessions, the ABSU SUG President aims to encourage students to prioritize their physical health and wellbeing. This initiative aligns with the university's goal of promoting a culture of fitness and wellness among its students.
