Ahmadu Bello University Students Celebrate NELFUND Disbursement

Students of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, Kaduna State, have erupted in joyous celebrations following the payment of their tuition fees and upkeep allowances by the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND).

The Nigerian government initiated the NELFUND program to provide interest-free loans to students in public tertiary institutions. Despite some challenges with inconsistent disbursements, the program has brought relief to many students .
