The management of Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State, has issued an official directive to all newly admitted candidates for the 2025/2026 academic session to complete their admission process on or before Sunday, 26th October, 2025.
In a statement released on Wednesday, 22nd October, 2025, the Deputy Registrar and Admission Officer, Egbedion Sylvester O., FCAI, MANUPA, warned that any candidate who fails to accept or finalise their admission process before the deadline risks forfeiting the offer of admission.
The notice applies to all candidates admitted through both UTME and Direct Entry (DE), and serves as a reminder to promptly complete all required procedures, including acceptance of admission, payment of fees, and documentation.
The announcement, endorsed by Otunba Mike Ade Aladenika, Principal Assistant Registrar and Head of Information, Protocol, and Public Relations, called on admitted candidates, parents, university staff, and the general public to take note of the directive.
Candidates are strongly advised to comply with the university’s instructions to avoid losing their admission slots for the 2025/2026 academic session.
