ASUU, Gombe State University Branch Announces Academic Staff Annual Leave for 2022/2023 Session

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Gombe State University branch, has announced that all academic staff have commenced their annual leave for the 2022/2023 session, effective from April 29, 2024, to May 18, 2024.

This decision was made at the Congress meeting held on April 30, 2024, following an understanding reached between the Union's representatives and the University Administration.

Heads of Departments have been advised to avoid subjecting academic staff to unnecessary work schedules during the leave period.
