ATBU AVMS Announces Mandatory Physical Registration for 2025/2026 Academic Session
The Association of Veterinary Medical Students (AVMS) at Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) has released the schedule for the mandatory physical registration for all returning students of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

The Association of Veterinary Medical Students (AVMS) at Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) has released the schedule for the mandatory physical registration for all returning students of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.
In a notice signed by Secretary General Alfa Muhammad Gambo on behalf of AVMS President Hassan Abdulkadir Adamu, students were instructed to complete their departmental and course registration manually at the Faculty Secretariat.
The registration exercise is scheduled as follows:
- Commencement Date: Monday, 19th January 2026
- Time: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily
- Venue: AVMS Secretariat, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, ATBU
Required Documents:
- One (1) green file jacket
- One (1) recent passport photograph
- Photocopy of the AVMS official receipt (association dues can be paid on-site)
- Photocopy of the completed course registration form
The notice emphasized that registration will not be processed without the submission of the first three items. Course registration forms will be issued upon Faculty Board approval and must be signed by the Faculty Exams Officer after successful completion.
Students are strongly advised to adhere strictly to the requirements to ensure a smooth registration process and avoid delays.
